Joan Tornga brings nearly two decades of accounting, finance, and business experience to Part-Time CFO, with a background spanning public accounting, controllership, executive financial leadership, and real estate operations.

Joan began her career in public accounting with KPMG and went on to serve as a Controller before returning to KPMG in roles that included audit, learning and development, and international leadership. She later spent over eight years as CFO of a privately held business, overseeing the financial challenges and decisions that come with running and growing a company.

Today, her experience also includes real estate operations and development, giving her a hands-on understanding of the financial and operational issues business owners face every day.
